I mbliana, is Rang a 5 agus Múinteoir Emma atá ag glacadh páirte san ESB Bleaist Eolaíochta i gCathair Luimnigh. Tá an obair curtha isteach acu agus táimid an-mhórálach as an tionscnamh.
 
This year’s annual Science Blast will take place in Limerick on May 24th.  Rang a 5 and Múinteoir Emma will be taking part in the event.  Pupils will leave from the school at 7am sharp and  return back to the school by 5:30pm.  Payment for transport costs can be made via way 2 pay shortly.  Pupils are reminded to wear their full school uniform.  A bhuíochas don chomhlacht innealtóireachta Jacobs Engineering Cork beidh deis ag Rang a 4 páirt a ghlacadh sa scéim innealtóireachta Engineering in a Box a bheidh á reachtáil ag UCC arís i mbliana. Is mór againn a dtacaíocht arís.
 
A big thank you to Jacobs Engineering Cork who again have generously agreed to sponsor Rang a 4 in participating in the Engineering in a Box initiative through UCC this year. Two engineers will visit the class each week. Using fun, practical, shared learning elements this programme introduces the students to the different strands of  engineering through various problem solving challenges.
